The holiday villages

What is a holiday village ?

The holiday villages let those seeking well-being, comfort, and retirement have an ideal holiday. Ceveo holiday villages offer various accommodation formulas : rooms, apartment, gîtes, mobile-homes, chalets... You can opt for full or half board, or again for a letting formula. The strong point of Cévéo holiday villages are the quality of the entertainment and various activities provided during your stay by our experienced host or by our partners. All the family can enjoy the numerous facilities available and the activities programmes.

Are the village accessible to people in wheel-chairs ?

As welcoming as many as possible is one of our priorities we at Cévéo have equipped most of our sites so as to accomodate persons in wheel-chairs. You can recognise them tanks to the pictograms in the brochure. Do not hesitate to contact the information service to find out more on

How can I find out the vacancies in a village ?

To find out if any places in our village are available on the dates you want for your stay all you have to do is contact the commercial service on 0820 825 352 (€ 0.099 after tax/min) or fill in the availbility slip in our Internet site under the heading "Reservations"

Accomodation

Which accommodation formula to choose ?

Depending on the destinations several formulas exist :

• Formula "full board" which includes : lodging, the charges (water, electricity), bed linen, breakfast, lunch and supper (from supper the 1st day to breakfast the last), the activities and children's clubs (depending on the period)
• Formula "half board" which includes : lodging, the charges (water, electricity), bed linene, breakfast and supper (from supper the 1st day to breakfast the last), the activities and children's clubs (depending on the period)
• Formula "letting" includes : lodging, the charges (water, electricity), the activities and children's clubs (depending on the period)

This winter in Haut Breda you can also take advantage of the 7 breakfasts package deal !

Bathroom linene, kitchen, and table are not included. The beds are not made for your arrival. the end of stay housecleaning is your responsibility or is supplied for extra payment (prices depending on accommodation type)

When can I arrive in the village ?

For the "week stays" the lodgings are available from Saturday 10 a.m. Stays are from Sunday to sunday for the villages of Luz and Mimizan. For the "week-ends and short stays" the lodgings are available from the first day at 5 p.m (except for Luz and Ile de Ré from the first day 5 p.m to the last 10 a.m). You choose the day you arrive yourself. All Cévéo village propose week-end and short stay formulas. 

Catering

What about catering ?

Certain Cévéo villages have a restaurant and/or  a take-away service. The chef's menus cater to all holiday-makers : whether they are full or half board, or just letting - who will be able to take advantage of this service as they make please - reservation the day before at the village reception. When possible, you can opt for take-away meals - reservation the day before at the village reception.

A surprise guest join us - what should we do ?

If you know before you arrivale you must contact the booking service to make sure he can be accepted. If you have already arrived, contact the village reception before he arrives to find out if there any problems. Payment will be made directly on site. 

The activities

What activities are proposed to the children ?

Making children feel at home is one of Cévéo's strong points. During scholl holidays activities organised according to age groups and centres of interest are proposed to children and adolescents. The clubs' programmes vary a lot depending on the site' locations and are presented to you at the start of your stay : sports, crafts, collective games, cultural visits, preparing a show for the end of the stay... And the adults - what's their programme ?

The activities proposed by Cévéo are suitable for all the family. Eveneings led by our experienced hosts are proposed. The team on the spot guide and orient you in your outings and discoveries in the regon? What's more, daytime activities are provided in the school holiday period. By presenting your Cévéo guest card you can benefit from advantages with certain partners. L

Booking

How to book ?

You will find under the Heading "Info and reservation" on our Internet site an availability slip to fill in. We undertake to deal with your request as quickly as possible.

A reservation slip is also at the end of our brochure. All you have to do is fill it in and return it to the adress indicated. You can reach our consultants directly on 0 820 825 352 (€ 0.099 after tax /min).

Payment

Should I pay for all my stay immediately ?

No, you will be asked for a 30% deposit when you book. Subsequently, the balance for your stay must be sent a month in advance of the start of your stay.

I have Chèque Vacances, can I use them ?

Chèques Vacances are welcome at all Cévéo holiday sites. You can also use them to pay the deposit and the balance for your stay.

What happens if I cancel ?

Depending on the date of cancellation a percentage is retained from the total price of the stay. The rates are indicated in the general sales conditions at the end of the brochure. In every case the administrative charges must be paid. It is possible to take out cancellation insurance on booking; the price is 4% of the price for the stay (with a minimum premium of € 17). This insurance makes reimbursement possible if you cancel (see conditions)

When I arrive at the village I hand over a deposit cheque ? What is it for ?

When you arrive at any Cévéo site you will be asked for a deposit cheque of € 200. This cheque is not cashed and the sum will be returned to you in its entirety at the end of your stay (except in the case of eventual damage, missing objects, inadequate housecleaning).

Other questions

Are animals welcome in the villages ?

Some of our sites are able to accept animals under conditions and with a supplementary payment (€ 30 a week per animal and € 15 for the short stays). You can recognise them thanks to the pictograms in the brochure. You will be asked for their vaccination card when you arrive and you will be given instructions for their good behaviour.

Is my personal information transmitted to commercial partners ?

No, your information is recorded in our files and only used for sending brochures, promotions, information, and Cévéo advantages. Be assured you always have a right to acces, modify, rectify and suppress your personal data - Art. 34 of the Law "Informatique et libertés".
