Participating in the stay implies the acceptance of all the conditions listed below.

Administratives charges
Pour les séjours individuels, les frais de dossier sont fixés à 30 € (10 € pour les courts séjours).

Modifications of the programmes
In the event of force majeure resulting from default by a supplier or bad weather Cévéo shall use its best endeavours to provide a replacement programme but may in no case be held liable for these modifications.

Insurance
Thoughout their stay the participants shall enjoy the guarantee for legal liability by the operator for all bodily injury or material damage for which Cévéo may be responsible regarding them.

Cancellation Conditions 
Depending on the date of cancellation the percentages of the total price for the stay retained are as follows :
› More than 60 days beforethe date of arrival : 10 %
› 60 to 30 days before the date of arrival: 25 %
› Between 29 and 14 days before the date of arrival : 50 %
› Between 13 and 5 days before the date of arrival : 75 %
› Less than 5 days before the date of arrival : 100%
› In every case the administrative charges must be paid
The prices of the stays are inclusive packages
In the event of non-appearance on the date of arrival and/or renunciation of the stay, arrival later than agreed, or departure earlier than agrees, no reimbursement on any grounds whatever may be made.
